Practical training is the core of our program. Participants learn automation by directly interfacing and programming multi-vendor KNX equipment in our lab environment.
Our custom-built training stations allow you to create real-world setups. You'll map bus signals, wire devices, build group addresses, configure parameters in ETS, download programs, and test physical outputs.
KNX Sensors
Program tactile push-buttons, smart thermostats, occupancy detectors, and light level monitors.
KNX Actuators
Configure multi-channel switching actuators, shutter relays, and dimming modules.
ETS Programming
Import manufacturer database catalogs, create group addresses, and configure parameter flags.
Lighting Control
Deploy toggle logic, toggle indicators, state feedback tracking, and basic timer controls.
Dimming Systems
Calibrate dimming speed, set minimum/maximum thresholds, and program ambient scene triggers.
Blind Control
Program shutter movement time, safety wind alarms, and sun shading alignment positions.
Commissioning
Download configurations over USB/IP couplers, test physical addresses, and generate project reports.
Troubleshooting
Deploy bus monitors and group diagnostics to locate short circuits, address duplicates, and packet collisions.
